Generally speaking
Heat Pumps are still unfairly considered NOT for this region. We can't disagree more. While, most of our residents
were raised on fossil fuels (gas or oil), they have a hard time accepting heat pumps. Facts are Heat Pumps are
sufficient to handle our winter temperatures 80-90% of the time, backed up only when needed with either electric or gas/ oil
(Hybrid). We are HVAC Excellence Certified as proficient on Heat Pumps. Don't
